Willowbridge Labels are pleased to announce the recent acquisition of a new Daco D250R rotary die cutter. Installed to increase overall capacity for production of more die cut plain labels, the new press has two die stations; one equipped to die cut the other to cross perforate.
In order to further increase our output, the finishing machine has been equipped with two rewind mandrels for faster reel changes. The machine is fully equipped with a range of mandrels including widths of 25mm, 38mm, 44mm and 76mm, which covers most plain label requirements.
The machine is a servo driven press that benefits from a re-register control so pre-printed web from digital presses can be die cut, waste stripped, slit and rewound in one pass. It also benefits from an integrated laminating station, so we can add protection with gloss and matt laminates for our customers labels.
This new machine joins an existing Daco plain label converter, which made choosing an additional Daco machine an easy choice.
